Spaghetti garlic, extra vergin olive oil, 'nduja, breadcrumbs 

Tagliatelle with beef & pork ragout

Cappelletti with stracchino cheese, arugula and crispy prosciutto 

Gnocchi gorgonzola and walnuts

Risotto "alla Milanese", saffron cream and italian sausage

Individual entrée that guest will choose the night of the event:

Eggplant parmigiana with scamorza cheese & tomatoes “conserva” *
